Every business has a story and ours started years ago with Stephen Gerry. Having grown up in Dawlish and having jobs throughout the mobility industry he retired a few years ago. However, one day walking through Sidmouth a shop had come up for sale and it had been an old goal to buy it. With this new opportunity and his children and wife by his side Coastline Mobility was opened in April 2019. With Stephens extensive knowledge and his family's hard work the business grew as a branch in Exmouth was opened in September 2020 and the industrial unit in Colaton Raleigh opened in February 2022. However, with all this expansion Stephen wanted to return to where he started and open a shop in Dawlish. His main goal to better serve the community and give back, the Dawlish shop was opened in July 2024. Although this came with a twist as some will remember Coastway Garage in Dawlish which was run by Stephen's father many years ago, our new branch serves homage to this.
